What Makes Us Different We are of the mindset that, if you don’t get paid, we don’t get paid. So we only charge property management fees for properties that are actually rented. We have a tiered pricing structure for our property management services that are as low as 5%. We appreciate our existing clients, so we also offer a Client Loyalty pricing structure. We are confident in the tenants that we place because we do an intense background investigation on each applicant before we give our stamp of approval. We are a family owned and operated business operating locally in Northwest Indiana. We are licensed in both Indiana and Illinois.
